The apartment itself is nice. With your own washer and dryer. Very spacious with walk in closet in the bedroom.
There are a couple things I do not like. The walls are really thin maybe to thin. Since I can hear my neighbors doing everything. And no one says hi to each other they all keep to themselves so you don't know who your neighbors are. And if you get a newspaper make sure you get it early since most of mine are stolen I finally had to discontinue it. It got noisy at one point with imature people living next to me. I swear one morning the music was so loud I thought my own CD player had gone off. I'm not one to complain but at 2 in the morning on a thursday that is rude. and they had to respect when someone had went and asked them to turn it down. I never had a parking problem but I live on a side where there is plenty of parking spaces.
The train is terrible causing stress cracks in the walls and everything shakes.. so just be aware of that, its not an earthquake you are feeling.. Its getting too pricey for me to stay here since they raise the rent more and more each year you stay.. so that is why I am leaving..
