Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Get ready to call management several times before you get something fixed. I think this is so wrong. Especially when you almost pay $1000 for a 1 bedroom apartment!
Also, you can hear everything. Like the people above you flushing the toilet or shutting doors. If you want privacy, I would look elsewhere. If you have to live in this area, then I would say live here...otherwise keep looking.
