Noisiest apartment I've ever lived in. Trains and whistles at 3am are enough to knock you out of bed. Definately a high priced complex with paper thin walls. Noisey water pumps, ventilation and heating are LOUD. Management suck up as long as it's to their advantage...kick you down when not. They will not work with you month to month...at end of lease it's market rate plus $300 or $400 more / month. They wanted 50% more to stay 1 more month.

I am from the area and those railroad tracks have been there longer than the apartments. Why wouldn't you hear trains while living that close to the tracks?! Where has your common sense gone? Sign a renewal or move if you don't want to go month to month. It is a business not a guest house.
