Lived here for 2 years and went thru management changes but same problems. Theft, Car broken in, Noisy neighbor, filthy garbage dump. apt is close to high school and subsidided housing and i personally had my car broken into twice and know others with same problems and also rooms broken into of several of my neighbors in other buildings. Management's solution, new manager woman told me to park the car right next to my room so i can watch it all the time.-ridiculous explanation. also complained that tile floor is coming off, and nothing is being done about it. moving due to these reasons.
