I agree with the most recent postings from other residents. Section 8 is just down the road and you can see trouble walking our parking lot all the time. Cars have been broken into and the office was broken into also! Not a good place to live! This place has changed a lot since I've moved in. I plan on moving when my lease is up..very soon thankfully. To make matters worse a man in the next building committed suicide here last week...he lost his job the month before and the complex wouldn't work out a payment plan with him. He had no where to go. Very sad.

you really shouldnt be speaking of section 8 cause you better be hopefully that someday you dont loose your job and end up living in section 8, and for your information their are plenty of people living in watersedge and mionske that are NOT on section 8! thanks!

i'm planning to move here next month. which apartment bldg did the man committed suicide? i don't want to live in that apartment bldg...scared of ghosts!
