Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1999
 
Children rule! MANAGEMENT HAS LOST CONTROL! Teenagers have taken over this complex. They hang out in the hallways all through the night doing whatever they like. Majority of the time, trash is disposed of improperly. Vandalism of property also occurs on a regular basis.
