I just moved here in May and I am looking already. I have just recently been going back and forth with the Manager b/c nothing gets done when you call it in. The maintenance crew is obviously amateaur, and the janitorial staff seems to work sporadically. When I first moved in, there were a list of maintenance issues that I had and still have. I've called numerous times, and the office always says they'll put in a work order, and no one ever shows up! I repeatedly tell them they have permission to enter, and they still don't come. The exterminator has NEVER come, esp. after I've had issues with gnats and flying ants. The lobby is always gross with crumbled food into the carpet, and the trash is overflowing. Maybe I expect more b/c I work in a property myself, and my fiance is Maintenance Supervisor at a high-rise property, but they're performance level is subpar. I feel like I live in the projects! There are guys hangin out all the time in the parking lot, the police are present on a weekly basis, and kids are always running throughout the property, cussing and being disrespectful. They will ring your bell "by accident" all the time. Overall, I feel that I DO NOT get what I paid for. I wouldn't be as upset if it were a low income property, but I work and struggle for my money and this is where it's going. I will try my hardest to get out of here by next year!
