Management (Diane Berger and Ann) is very nastsy. This past Christmas (December 2008) the parking lot was like a ice skating rink. A couple of days before Christmas Eve (2008) it snowed, and the parking lot was not plowed, the temperature dropped and the snow frozed. Many tenants and visitors cars were stuck. They claimed that they were short of staff, well one of the maintenance men left in October and they never replaced him. It was absolutely ridiculous. My apartment and my neighbor's apartment gets very cold. They tell tenants to turned the heat up to the max and its very cold in here when the temperature is below 30 degrees. They refuse to adjust the furnance in utility rooms and that way they are saving on the gas bill. MICE, another problem, yes I have mice and so does my neighbors in my building. They are also in the building next to me. The put down glue traps but they are not working, I had to go out and purchase an electronic device from Home Depot and it has been working. This is just a few things and I could go on and on. But if you drive past you'll see the writing on the wall. There's a big banner advertsing move in specials. Do not fall for it. Tenants are moving out.
