I have lived in apartments that Van Til Management, Inc. has managed since 1991. The only reason that I moved was when a building they had went condo. I have moved for different times and each time I went to another building that Van Til Management,Inc. managed. They did any repairs almost immediately. Time delays were due to having to buy supplies. When I was sick, they came to get my rent check so that I would not incur a late fee. I read the original complaint from 2001. I lived in that same building with the person who made that complaint. They did have problems with Van Til Management, Inc. but that was because they were the people responsible for the marijuana smell in the hallways and the children running in the halls. They were mad because their lease was not renewed. They were noisy and disrupted the whole complex. You could ask anyone who lived there while he did and they would tell you the same thing. It is not fair that anyone can write whatever they want and not be held responsible because their identification can be withheld. I will also remain anonymous but my reason is that I do not want to have a run-in with this particular person.
