Quiet Apartment - I moved here from Chicago a year ago. The building is well maintained by the staff. The property grounds always look nice and homey, including flower pots by the doors. This is a great apartment complex. Its 4 mins walk to the metra and less than 2 mins to downtown. Its clean, its quite, people are nice. Management is good, they solve any issues within 24 hr. And the sizes of both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are large! I

Agree with other reviewer the apartment is ok but overpriced. i have had problems with this landlord as well. nosy is perfect word to describe her. she would not return any of my security deposit even though the apartment was professionally cleaned and looked exactly the same as the day i moved

Don't even thinking about this unit This apartment is too old to cause problems. The building on fire and pipe broken this year 2009. When the building has damage and they wont let you break you lease.
You must find a sublease or pay until the end of your lease. WHO will move in at that time
