Office people are incompetent. Maintenance is slow and unresponsive, their workmanship is absolutely the worse I've ever seen. The management will have your car ticketed if it has a flat tire. The office workers are routinely out of the office during business hours. There are insect problems that cannot be corrected without calling the exterminator 6 times within a month.
