very nice, but careful of the handyman

I really like these apartments. I have lived here over two years. Very spacious and clean!!!!! The only problen that I have encountered is the loud nature of the maintenence person. He he is very loud and has a untrained dog. I can't imagine what it would be like to live below him. He lives in a top floor apartment and is constantly up and down the stairs with either the dog, or just plain stomping. I think it is wrong for any complex to have their maintenence person on a top level apartment, because of the nature of their job.
Get an apartment here, you will love it, but don't be underneath the handyman!!!!!!
