The community and office staff used to be very nice, and never had any problems. Within the last couple months, lots of poroblems are starting. Newspapers being stolen, clothes being stolen out of washers and dryers, tenants being VERY loud and having many vistors all through the night. Management does nothing. Tenants complain, and nothing is done. Paying almost $1000 a month in an apartment that is considered "luxury," this stuff should not be happening. A year or two ago I would have said it was a great place to live, not anymore...go somewhere else especially the cost of the apartments and then having to deal with loud inconsiderate tenants.

You also might want to invest in plastic for the windows in the winter, you can actually see where the window separates from the wall. There isn't a draft coming through them, they are gusts!
