I came from a so called luxury apartment community in Lake Villa. When looking for an apartment close by I went to Mallard Ridge and was so relieved when I met Jessica, she made my moving experience so much easier. Both her and her assistant were always very friendly and professional, ansewring any questions I had prior to moving. I have been here now for about 8 months and I wish I would have come here from the beginning. Most of my neighbors are great. When walking my dog everyone is so polite. What a beatiful area, especially for walkers. The bonus is that the dog park is right across the street (walking distance). This place by far is the best apartment community I've lived in & I'm here to stay!
