My husband and I looked at over a dozen apartments and none of them felt like home until we visited Mallard Ridge. As soon as we stepped into the office, which has the same layout as a 2 bedroom/1 bath, we knew this was the place for us. Jessica the Property Manager is an employer's dream; she is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Whenever we have a problem, maintenance or otherwise, she deals with it quickly, efficiently and always with a smile. The rest of the staff is equally as competent and friendly. There are two maintenance men and a cleaning lady, all who work very hard and take obvious pride in their jobs. I feel extremely safe letting the maintenance crew into my apartment even when I'm not home. The grounds are always well kept and neatly mowed, parking has never been a problem, and the garbage and recycling bins are emptied often. One of the best things about this place is how pet friendly it is. There is a monthly pet fee but I think it is reasonable and it is the same whether you have one or two pets. You can walk your dogs pretty much anywhere and there are even some waste dispensers and bags provided for you around the property. Mallard Ridge is located in a really quite and lovely area. There is a park right across from the property and a dog park right across the street. We move around often due to my husband's job and overall this has been one of the best places I have lived!
