1st, I'm not part of the management. I was a tenant. I rented on East Lake Dr since 1990's and had to move out of area with job. I loved 4L and the building I was in (water on both sides, views of woods and lakes, 3rd fl with 2nd fl entry, exp. brick & fireplace, whirlpool tub, hand-painted tiles, and on and on). I rented from John, a private owner, he kept the place up and I never had problems. I miss 4L and always will. Rating' 100%
