Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Can't park anywhere near the building after 10pm on any eve. Mgt. hasn't been particularly on top of any issues. Construction is pretty "thin". Maintenance guy admits the building has been a nightmare for as long as he's been around. Security has improved, but cops are here all the time even though 1/2 of residents are retired. Foot-trails could be better maintained. The on-campus bar is a STD cesspool. Other than these things - not too bad - but still considerably overpriced for what you really receive. If dogs aren't 4u, don't move here - residents barely outnumber the pooches.
