This is the creepiest, shadiest, most deeply dysfunctional and amateurish place I have ever lived. The lecherous, drunkard maintenance man is downright creepy, but he's allowed free reign by the management. He hit on a welfare queen in one building, and while he was on the outs with her, he followed me home drunk one evening and hit on me. When I rejected his advances and addressed my concerns about this conflict of interest and unprofessional behavior to the management, they didn't see the problem. Long after I moved out and returned to the property to visit a friend and take care of his dog, and happened to run into the maintenance man, he, not content to be married to the welfare queen now, tried to initiate a conversation with me. When I did not respond and told him that I did not want to talk with him, he told me I had "no right" to be on the property and called the property management. Where does this guy get off throwing his weight around' Who does he think he is' And why does the management continue to cover for him' If he worked anywhere else, he would have been fired long ago. DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS MOVE IN HERE, AND DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE, VULNERABLE WOMAN. The creepy, lecherous maintenance man will sniff you out. Who would think there would be a shadily run ghetto right in the middle of Four Lakes' This place is totally amateur and courts Section 8 tenants. It would be laughable if they weren't so downright creepy and got away with their creepy behavior. They prey on vulnerable women. "Abbey" Apartments--what a joke. It's blasphemous that they claim any connection with the Benedictine abbey nearby.
