I lived at Arboretum Villges for 1 year. I absolutely loved the apartment, but everything else left me dying for when my lease would be up. First of all, the noise in my building was a monstrosity. We were on the second floor. The kids would have their friends over and they would bring their bikes up there and ang out in the hall. They would bounce balls off of our living room wall. They would play board games and block the hallway. Many of us complained and nothing was done.
Then, my and 3 other cars were broken into the same night. I didn't feel safe there.
They sent us a letter around when our lease was up inviting us to stay. However, we were paying $1055 and monthly rent was going up to $1135. Checked it out on the net, and new people moving in were getting our exact apartment for $799 as an incentive. Emailed the office and asked them to explain, but they wouldn't answer me.
