Arboretum Villages is a horrible place to live. We lived there for only a year but we could totally tell that it was an apt. complex that was going downhill very quickly. The staff is nice to your face so that they still look good but problems with ur apt. dont get fixed in a timely manner, the crew is ignorant, rude and immature. We had many problems with everything there.My sisters car was also hit in the parking lot of arboretum by a landscaping stone. It broke one side window and damaged a lot of the interior. The management didn't do anything about it nor did they even acnowledge the fact that something like that happened in their complex. One of the staff members has a motorcycle which he frequently rides IN THE APARTMENTS (ON THE GRASS) at like 1am. The other staff members dont seem to care though. Children are constantly breaking branches off of the trees and ruining what used to be a nice place to live. After the changing of management within the past year the entire place is going a whole new direction. When my sister had her baby, she could barely walk so we pulled the car up to the door (just like they said we could do when we needed to) Just after she went upstairs I was unloading the car when this mant. man came up to me in a raised voice asking me what I thought I was doing driving on the lawn. You see, our building was in the middle of the complex so it wasn?t a short walk. Well, after I explained to him why we did pull the vehicle up, he apparently didnt believe me so then about 10min. later he knocked on our apt. door to make sure I wasnt lying. Boy did he feel like an idiot when he saw my brand new nephew. Stupid people! We also had a problem with underage kids drinking alcohol late at night on the playground. They would make so much noise we had to call the police several times. All I can say is that I?m sure there are MUCH better apt. complexes out there than this one and I am honestly advising you NOT TO MOVE TO ARBORETUM VILLAGES. Trust me, we had a bad experience and I wouldnt want you to have one as well. So choose wisely.
