Security Deposit Refund Delay

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This place has been giving me the run around on my security deposit. Rather than proactively contacting me, I've had to make periodic calls to see where my security deposit is. It's almost 4 weeks late! BEWARE - I don't trust the staff!
