When we moved in it seemed like a nice community but lately it has been going downhill. Now we are fighting with the staff over are rent. It seems that when we paid Januarys '04 rents early since we were away for the holidays that the check has disappeared even though the Arboretum according to the cancelled check cashed it. Instead of contact us about the check and letting us know that they did not have record of receiving the check they went ahead and issued an eviction notice. You would think that a resident who has paid the rent on time since the day they moved in that they would attempt to see if there was a problem be ordering an eviction. I have never felt so insulted in my life. I would never go without pay my bills.
Other wise I agree that the complex is getting old and needs updating along with needing to add more washer and dryers. You have four each for the entire building which are 48 apartments. My other complaint is that when you move in they make a Hugh deal that is a one-bedroom apartment you can only have two residents. Seemed fair to me. So they will tell you that the two larger building only have one bedroom apartments in them and let you know that these building are very quiet since no children live here. Since they will not allow a parent and a child to live in one bedroom apartment. That is far from the truth. Many of these one bedrooms apt
