Decent, if you dont mind having your car broken into.

I am in the middle of my first year at Arb. villages. The apartments are spacious and decent for what you pay. Walls are thin and I can hear the people below me fighting almost every night. My truck was burglarized within two months of moving in. The noise from the tollway is deafening at times. The grounds are constantly littered with trash and dog poop. Besides all of those complaints, not a horrible place, just seems wiser to buy a townhome or duplex.
