Arboretum Villages

This apartment complex used to be wonderful until the new management came in. Now all the decent people are moving out as quickly as they can. The new people moving in are mostly horrible. There is no sound proofing in this complex, and these days, there is no courtesy. Kids are out of control (throwing rocks at ducks), the buildings and grounds are filthy (cleanup costs $), and there is NO response from mngt. to any problems. Dogs are everywhere, including rotweilers, a pitbull, etc. Most people don't leash or cleanup after their dogs. If you like loud noise (radios and parties at all hours during the week), kids running unsupervised through hallways at all hours, messy grounds (no more flower plantings, those cost $), zero service (requested grout in bathtub 3 times before giving up), then this is the place for you. Be prepared for non-responsive management, but lots of signs posted telling people to stop being bad. We also now have people stealing cars in the parking lot, and leaving beer bottles and drug paraphenalia in the parking lots as well. It gets worse each day as they increasingly rent to whoever they can get to live here since all the old tenants are leaving.
