You can hear someone sneeze or cough (among other things) in their bedroom above or below you. I've never lived in a place where the floors and walls are so thin. It's bad. This place has really gone downhill in last 3 years. If you dare to complain about anything, the rude and unfriendly management will treat you like you've done something wrong. The new tenants moving in speed through the complex in extremely loud monster trucks/cars, blaring their stereos. Garbage, drug needles, cigarette butts, and dog poop everywhere. Where there used to be flowers, there's now ugly plants or nothing at all. The basketball nets/stands were uprooted and are still laying in the grass over a year later. It now looks and feels like a trashy complex. One of the maintenace guys is a pot-head who screws up everything he touches. He and his buddies have been witnessed throwing fireworks into the parking lot. I'm getting out of this place next year and can hardly wait.
