I live in a ground level apartment.The sound proofing is poor. The people above me are very loud. I can hear everything they say all night long, as well as the people next to me.

The rent is a little high for what you get.

Parking can be a problem. I have had damage done to my vehicle form other cars. Dents and scratches from doors etc...

Hallway and public areas always smell offensive from mixed cooking / living types.

Management are very professional and nice.
