Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Had a fire - the management told us we were out but they "couldn't tell us anything else." And "don't call us - we'll call you." Three weeks later, no word yet but don't want to make them angry by actually being interested in when I can get back into my apartment. Nasty - rude - incompetent management ruins the whole atmosphere. They're nice when you're signing the lease - after that - forget it.
