Not bad, nice cost, considering you don't get much.

I stayed in a 1 bdrm apartment. Considering that you don't have an in-unit washer and dryer (the laundry facilities are only on certain floors, $1 per load, not many machines, don't do laundry on Sundays!!), no fitness facility, hot/cold water fluctuates like crazy, toilet doesn't work even after they "fixed" it, staff tells you one thing at move-in and then takes their promises back after you've moved in... it's not a bad place! They're pretty friendly up front, family-oriented, which is nice, fair prices, nice surroundings, and a great breakfast on the 1st of each month when you come in to pay rent. I did notice, however, that the "security" door by the mailboxes (which lets you into the building to your apartment) is not quite that secure. Easy to manipulate, I was testing it after I moved in. But some law enforcement agents live on the property, so I felt safe, even in a first-floor apartment. Storage lockers are NOT safe, however, doors made out of shackled wood, and my storage locker is also on a differet floor from my apartment.
