This is an apartment complex... As far as they go this is a good one, clean, quiet, owners seem to care, manager is available and actually talks to you,, open everyday, no gangs, they fix things, WHAT more do you want,, Price is right too!
The one leasing lady is really fake, but i dont deal with her anyway,
Quit complaining,, i have lived in much much worse...

This reviewer is relatively new. Complex is in decline. Many services have been reduced or eliminated. Many unocuppied units allows for great renewal negotiation. Never accept 1st offer! They're desperate. Also, pool's heat is never turned on!
