I have lived hear for about two years and at first it was a nice place but then the management changed hads. That started letting anybody with a deposit move in and ever since the cops are here daily. Cars are broken into all the time. The building all need major repairs. The elevators are past date for inspection. The laundry rooms, well you get 4 washers and driers per building. that is per 52 apartmens. Also you are right along interstate 88 so you can never open your windows and your cars are always covered in dirt from the highway. They are even making people with dogs move out when there leases are since they are nolonger accepting pets. There is not anything that is good about the place. Even the AC units are crap since the intake is in the living room you can never hear your TV. Just turn it on if you view an apartment. There are many many issues that need addressed but management does not want to hear about he problems. As for safety issues, when the one building caught on fire in November last every they failed to secure the building and some apartment were robbed. So you get burned out of your aparment and come to find out what was not damaged was robbed.
