I have been living at the arboretum villages for almost 8 months and can't wait for the lease to end. That is the worst place to live in. I've been renting for 8 years , lots of differnt places, but by far this is the worst place ever. The heat is broke and never fixed, they have the worst maintennce members and leasing consultants. Every once in a while we get a surprise that assures that next year we won't be living here. The laundry room is very dirty and the machines are out dated.Snowplowing is horrible, we still have snow on the roads even after 2 weeks of the storm.They said dogs are not allowed, and you find a dog at every apartment. The elivator is scary to be in. Whne you come in to look at an apartment ,ask to see the actual apartment you will live in, not the nice and shinny model. There has been a fire months ago there, but up till now, we still smell the burned smoke every time the heat kicks in. I can hear 3 of my neighbors talking.The hallway isn't secure cause the main entrance door doesn't lock. there is not even a lock for the upper floors, I always see sellers walking in and out try to sell magazines or so.
Trust me, you don't want to live there, it is absolutley horrible
