Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Moved there and got:
1. Rusty Bath tub!
2. Broken Closet door
3. Vey Dirty shades
4. Blood on the FAN!!!!!!

Same night our personal HELL begun! Our neighboor on top makes a lot of noise DURING THE NIGHT! Plus the floors(ceilings) are MAKING HORRIBLE NOISE WHILE YOU/NEIGBOR WALK! You can hear how people walk "squick-squick-squik"! We reported about rust, broken closed to the Office. In the evening found piece of paper that the maintanence is complete- nothing was fixed! We went three times to the office and told them to fix the floors - they told us that this is the way it is and if we do not like how our neighbor walks- call police, this is our problem!
