Pretty Good for Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I live in a 1 bedroom with a den and got a good deal. Heat bill is a little high but i think everyones is this time of year. Maintenance is good and fast. Halls are always clean and quiet. grounds are really nice all the time. I am renewing my lease in March if they keep the rent down.
