I have been living here for almost 2 years now, unfortunately, and am moving in June as soon as my lease is up. The management team is horrible. They are extremely rude and unprofessional to the residents. Everything in the apartments constantly break. My doorknob came off in my hand last week as I was trying to leave my apartment. The carpet is extremely cheap and doesn't last. All the management team cares about is sucking as much money out of you during your time living here. I have had to pay the dog fee (which is 500 dollars) 2 times now because they lost my first fee. The grounds are gross. They aren't kept up with. When I moved in my closet door didn't work right and almost 2 years later it still doesn't. I was told that i would just not have to open it on the one side. We have had problems with break ins and I constantly see the cops over here. There was a problem with used needles being found in the laundry room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My building has had multiple problems with mice and i know one of the other buildings had problems with roaches000000. Anyone I know that is looking for an apartment I make sure I tell not to come here. This place is horrible

There was one month that they lost the rent checks and we all had to pay our rent again.

lived here for 2 years and had to pay the fee twice? hmmm sounds kind of fishy, maybe your just mad because you tried to sneak some dogs in without paying the fee. how else would they know that you had dogs unless they are always barking and residents complain,,,hmmm....i love it here.....going to move into a house soon but until then i am staying here. i love the service and the people who live here......
