the person who said the cops are always here is because many of them live at the Arboretum villages. Its one of the safer places around here. I live in a one bedroom at arboretum. been here for 4 years, just read some of the reviews and i dont know were these people are coming from, if you DID pay your pet fee why in the heck would you pay it again, are you insane' SOunnds to me like your mad that you got caught with your pets. the manager gives deals and partys all the time and halls and land are always clean.

First of all i know that there are some cops living here, but there really isn't that many. Second of all i have come home and found the cops trying to get into an apartment and coming out with people in handcuffs on more than one occasion. Third they told me that if i didn't pay the pet fee again they would evict me and i can't find another place to live in a hurry. I did not try to sneak my dogs in i'm not that stupid. i'm sorry that you are stupid and don't realize how horrible this place is. the land is never clean. try walking your dog and stepping in crap all the time. there are no deal here. and no utilities are included. u keep living in your fairytale. when u finally realize how horrible this place is i'll be here to say i told u so.
