Going Downhill...

I used to be happy here. It seems that the quality of service and the general care for this complex has gone steadily downhill over the past few years. Problems with apartments are not fixed in a timely manner nor are some fixed at all, and management rarely calls you before entering your apartment. When things ARE fixed, they're done half-heartedly and with little effort. Business hours for the main office are from 9AM to 6PM during the week, but you'll be lucky to find anyone there at 9AM or anywhere NEAR 6PM! There have been several occasions when I've needed to pick up packages from the office and have found the staff to be gone for the evening at 5:30, and sometimes before that! I'm not the only person who has had these issues, as I've recently talked to several of my neighbors who have the same concerns, and who will most likely not be renewing their leases with Arboretum Villages. It's a sad comment from so many people who used to consider this place to be their "home sweet home".
