I have lived here for 3 years and have never had a problem outside of regular stuff. I have lived in this area for 10 years and in different places. This one is the best so far. Really dont like the AUM heat system, think it is unfair, but other than that i have been very happy. I live in a one bedroom (large). Look around people! You cant beat this rent and what you are getting for it! I lived at the amli on 53, very nice but big money too. A/V gives you the same customer service for 1/3 the total cost. I like the partys too, wish they had more.
