Giant aprtments compared to most communities, fast maint, grounds cleaned up to 2 hours per day Mon-Fri. (But, maint has to do their regular work as well) If residents werent slobs and cleaned their own messes up by dumpsters the place would be even cleaner. (Don't just toss your bags wherever they land, open the lid and place it where it goes.) Its the residents who destroy a community because they don't get what they want. There are at least 4 kids here that intentionally break things on site every other day. (Lights on buildings, doors in hallways, etc) But this place is great in my opinion. Big apartments, reasonable rent/utilities, place to work out, pool, parties/booze, tons of parking, maint staff is as good as you let them be. When you leave them alone with stupid work that could wait they could tackle all the big stuff.
