If you want quality living, DO NOT move into Arboretum Villages. The staff are friendly in the beginning but become more and more incompetent. There was fire in my building October 2004. I was out of my apartment for over a month and they still made us pay rent. Now the roof is cracking in several apartment homes including mine. They don't salt the parking lot until waaaayyy after the snow falls. You are not responsible for your own water/heat/gas. You are paying a portion of the property's bill. My average bill, for 2 occupants is about $70. It used to be $25 before they took off the bill cap. All in all, if your looking for quality living at reasonable prices and pleasant staff, this is not the place for you.

Hmmm... why WOULDN't you have to pay your rent if you were gone a month! LOL. Everything else I can agree with you, seems this place has a lot of problems.
