We moved into this complex 2 years ago and at that time the staff was wonderful and they were the cheapest apartments in the area. However, once you move in you are no longer treated with that kind of respect. The leasing agent ---- was always great to work with, but the manager is a horrible women. Always inappropraitly dressed, never smiles, and seems irritated with everyone- even if you are just dropping off your rent check. The worse part is if you go to the office to talk with her you will be lucky if she stops wathcing her day time talk shows to look at you. They also try and scam more money out of you at every opportunity. Rather then reward their long term customers, if you want to renew or transfer they will create a dozen reasons to increase rent and various deposits. There is always something broken and it takes weeks to be fixed. The elevator is always out of order, the washers and dryers never work properly and the glass in the front door to our building has be broken 3 times in the past year. Stay Away!!!!!
