Just wanted to let you know that I have had an excellent experience thus far with the staff and would recommend this complex based solely on that. They fixed all move-in deficiencies within 24 hours of reporting them and have also made some special favors to me to assist me in a my job where I am not home much. I had something I desparately needed sent to me in NC and they were able to locate it and get to me overnight. Exceptional service that they did not have to provide, I am indebted to them and hope to maintain our excellent relationship.

Wow sounds like what everybody else says when they first move in but I would put money on it that your view will change very soon.

I was treated the same way in the beginning. Staff was nice and polite until I signed on the dotted line. After that, WATCH out! I had two dealings with Lynn. I walked away feeling like I was being patronized one time and completely ignored the other time. I wonder if her bosses have any idea how she treats the residents. Customer service was great in the beginning but you certainly get the impression that she doesn't care as time goes on. I do enjoy living in the complex, view is great, apts are nice and pool has great scenery. I guess , as with anything, Arboretum Villages has its pros and cons. I still would recommend moving here just deal with the other people in the office.

Yes, it's amazing how the SAME COMPLAINTS keep cropping up in every negative review of Arboretum Villages. Hmmmm... I wonder why that would happen... Could it possibly be that there actually IS a problem with the office staff's attitudes towards the complex's residents??? I lived there for five years and watched the quality of the buildings, grounds, and staff go steadily downhill with each year that passed. It's sad, really, as A.V. has such potential to be a great place to live, if the staff wasn't so lazy, two-faced, and blase' in everything they do. Time to get them out and QUALITY people in!
