I have lived here for two years now with my roommates as a college student at Benedictine. I found that these apartments suit me well because the environment is well-adapted to studying. The other tenants are very friendly and the staff, although not always around, has an open ear and is always willing to keep their tenants happy. Maintainence is good as well, and they do their best to keep you happy. What I found great was the minimal noise, which helps whenever I study at the apartment.
