Rented here for 5 months/had to pay almost $2000 to get out of lease. As far as maintance, one man in particular was very rude. A racoon ate through the side of our apartment and "lived" in with us for a while, the hole was huge and didn't get fixed for a long time. Our first floor flooded due to neighbors, and/or bad pipes, not once, but twice. When we were storing our things in the storage locker, we found human feces in our locker. Heat didn't work well at all, always freezing in there. We had some nasty bugs in the kitchen, and it felt like the floors were going to cave in. I recommend getting rental insurance, and/or flood insurance. Parking is crazy, one person parked his car on the lawn next to a tree everyday, our car got hit in the parking lot, and it was scary at night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it's expensive and it isn't worth the money or the problems that come along with renting from there.
