Ummmm..it's ok...

I have lived her to 2 years and its time for me to go. 1st issue, MAINTENANCE...(it's a joke)... I've had my share of complaints and it takes weeks for someone to even come out and take a look let along fix it..
The winter is unbearable. Because of the patio. I'll put it to you like this. My young child and I have to wear our coats downstairs and our swimming suits upstairs (it's ridiculus). Their response, "did you put the heat on this and that and did you close the vents", uh....yeah and it still does not work. I have to keep a fan running upstairs all winter to even stay upstairs, or have to sleep in the freezing cold downstairs with snowsuits on.
The water goes off quite often. The lights go out through the entire complex at least once every few months.
The geese are everywhere and they leave there trails behind.
Parking is bad for the most part. Residence who have overnight guest park there and you can't get a park that was suppose to be yours in the beginning. They "so-called" themselves trying to fix the problem by giving parking stickers. Do they check for them'....Not to my recollection. Oh, and by the way, people I guess visiting the apartments behind us (Lakeside), they park over here and walked through the bushes over there.. Crazy isn't it....
I do admit, the head manager is pretty nice most of the time. Let's not talk about the Asst. Manager. Can you say menopause'' (right along with the head maintenance guy)..
I do think it is very over priced for a 2 bedroom even though you get all utilities, but I guess that keeps the riff raff out which is a good thing.
It's overall pretty quiet except for sometimes when the spanish tenants decide to play the loud music and the neighbors kids run up and down their stairs and it sounds like they are running up and down your stairs because of the thin walls.
I guess if you stay next to someone with no children, no friends that stay overnight, and if you are in good with the head of maintenance and managers, then you are good to go.
But honestly, it's not that bad and it is pretty quiet.
