My friend lives at this complex, and since i visit frequently, i thought i would voice my review.
Nobody watches thier kids ever, children as young as 2 just randomly wander the back. We had a birthday party for our two sons this past summer, and children who were not invited just wandered over, and starting taking food and presents....None of the parents say anything, and if you are one of the few that actually watches your kids while they are outside, you are forced to watch the 20 other children who just wander onto your patio, This is really disconcerning considering that there is a registered sex offender that lives in the complex. The maintainence guy is scary, and the mailman will peek into your apartment to see if you are home. From what i have seen and what my friend has told me, everything in the apartment is falling apart...the ceiling is leaking, towel racks just fall off, and there are kitchen drawers you cannot even get into, the swing in the "playground" is hanging by a thread, and the office does nothing to fix any of the problems. If you live here, good luck, if you are looking for a place do not come here!!!!!!
