I just moved here several months ago and I have to say I disagree with many of these reviews.

My best friend and I rent a townhome that was remodeled just before we moved in, it's basically brand new! Trust me, we searched through tons of apartments and I haven't seen anything else out there like this.

I've only had to call the office once for help with our kitchen light, but I thought the maintenance guy was very helpful.

We even had friends who loved it so much that they moved here in August! Not only that, but my roommate and I got a $500 rent discount for referring them.

I would definitely continue to refer people here.

It's very quiet and cozy.

I can't see any reason to move...We love it! :)
