This place is a nightmare. I rented from June 2002 to Jan 2003. I don't have enough space here to type everything that was wrong with this apartment complex:
1) A continous leak for almost the entire time I lived there. Mold in the closet from the leak, rotted dry wall, molded carpet. Everytime they came to fix it - all they did was to "patch" the hole. They just painted over the drywall - and spot cleaned the moldy carpet.
2) The toilet overflowed constantly, which then would flow into the downstairs dining room. Never was fixed.
3) Dishwasher was broke for the whole summer. Continually complained to management, but they didn't respond.
4) No lifeguard on duty 80% of the time. Therefore no swimming.
5) Parking sucked. Not enough room to even back out your vehicle.
6) Neighbors smoked pot which the odor came into my townhouse.
7) Neighbors music was extremely loud on numerous occassions.
8) Parties held outside in the middle of the night - and in the morning beer bottles everywhere.

This place is a total nightmare. Do not move here unless you have really good renters insurance and if you don't require maintainance and management. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
