Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Its like pulling teeth to get anything done. All about the money, they don't relize that people live there. Parking sucks. Kitchens are 5X3'.They charge you for everything they fix. In townhouses the downstairs is freezing and upstairs you have to open the windows in the winter.
