I have been living here at Country Villas for 8 years. The head maintenance man is wonderful. The complex is very full now, and they are weeding out some bad eggs. I have a feeling those bad eggs are the ones writing bad reviews. The office is always open, the people that work there are mostly very nice (except the REALLY tall girl). I have referred lots of friends here over the years, and they all have been happy. AND management appreciates my referrals, they gave me three hundred dollars for each.

Any problems Ive had (VERY few) have been addressed quickly. Recently, I had a service order that took two days, and the manager called to explain and to apologize. That was not even necessary. It was just my kitchen drawer, not an emergency. I have lots of friends that live in apartments, and I dont think their manager would ever call them.
