Location is great, Townhome space is very nice, plenty of closet space. Though I got along with Maintenance guys, I never had my ceiling repaired from a big leak in 1 year, after 3 requests I gave up. And when I called about leak, there was no concern from management and all I asked for were some buckets till the next day- she said you'll have to go buy some. My immediate neighbors were great. Mnth and a half after moving in , a murder occured, which the police i feel should have let us know. A guy was irritated by his recovering addict neighbor in apt across from him- so gave her enough home-made drug to kill a rhino- his words. The main reason I moved- a lot of people with no respect(best way I can say it) were getting approved. I heard some noise in front of my townhome- looked out and new tenant had banged his door into my new car! a family with some younger kids had moved in- one night just before dusk- i see the 3 boys dressed in black, caps on, gloves on, though its in the 70's...hmm. Just not a respectable crowd moving in....This could be a great complex- the location, the spaciousness- but they have done nothing to improve quality of living
